“I enjoy the fact that each day I am helping others and fostering relationships with those in my community. I love taking a hands on and open door approach as a partner. Whether it be training our staff to become better accountants and auditors or helping our clients resolve a problem or just be a sounding board to assist with technical questions. I feel proud when I can work swiftly to resolve any issues my client has and I try to make that as easy as possible for them.”
“The most important skills I feel that are essential as an auditor is the ability to multitask and adapt to external and internal changes in the profession. Technology is constantly evolving and the more you can gain knowledge and keep up with technology the easier and more successful you will be as an auditor. It is also important to read and keep up with changes in auditing standards that affect our clients’ compliance with laws and regulations.”
“Grau & Associates, P.A. was founded in 2005 and has grown tremendously over the last 15 years. I attribute that growth to the impeccable reputation we have formed over the years including the growth and exceptional training of our knowledgeable audit team. I am very optimistic that we will continue to grow as we continue to satisfy the unique needs of our clients.”
