Our Partners are Certified Public Accountants with nearly 50 combined years of diverse public accounting experience. Our partners take a hands-on approach to each engagement, ensuring a smooth process. Due to management’s active participation and involvement, expertise is only a phone call or email away.
All of our Audit Managers are Certified Public Accountants who have demonstrated the ability to plan audit engagements, supervise personnel and develop a professional relationship via frequent contact with clients. They continually upgrade their skills through the firm’s continuing education programs and courses sponsored by the AICPA, FICPA and GFOA.

Antonio Grau, CPA
Antonio (Tony) Grau, CPA founding partner of the firm, has been in public accounting since 1983. Tony has extensive experience with governmental entities, non-profit organizations and private sector clients. In addition, he is accredited in Advanced Single Audit by the AICPA.
Racquel McIntosh, CPA
Racquel McIntosh, CPA is a Partner with the firm and has been providing auditing and consulting services, primarily to governments and non-profits, for 15 years. She is responsible for overseeing client relations, staff training, internal monitoring and external peer review and organizing the firm’s charitable efforts.
Meet the Managers
Vinnette Hall, CPA
Vinnette is a manager and has been with the firm for over 10 years. Her specialty areas are government, non-profit and overhead audits. She is a GFOA CAFR reviewer and assists the firm in ensuring that our clients’ financial statements are compliant with the GFOA certificate program requirements. Vinnette is a member of the AICPA, FICPA, GFOA, and FASD.
Vinnette received her bachelor’s degree from Harvard University in economics and her masters at Carnegie Mellon in operation/production management & strategy. She has also received her bachelors in accounting from Florida Atlantic University.
David Caplivski, CPA
David is a manager and has been with the firm for 10 years. His specialty areas are government, non-profit and benefit plan audits. He is certified by the AICPA as a Certified Information Technology Professional (CITP) and is responsible for the firm’s information technology. David is a member of the AICPA, FICPA, GFOA, and FASD.
David has a bachelors’ from Nova Southeastern University in environmental studies and a Masters of Accounting from Florida Atlantic University.
Nicholas (Nick) Venuto, CPA
Nick has been with the firm since 2014. He is certified by the AICPA as a Certified Information Technology Professional (CITP) and is a member of the AICPA, FICPA and FGFOA. His specialty areas are governments, nonprofits and arbitrage. He graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a bachelor’s in accounting and economics.
